IMPORTANT 2025 UPDATES
TLDR (Too Long, Didn't Read):
1) No Interconnected 2025 Competition Season from us this this season. We will be back for 2026. Independent or other League's Comps will be listed below.
2) West Coast is sponsoring a series of Parkour Jams up and down the West Coast, listed below.
3) West Coast Parkour Championships has chosen to no longer affiliate with USPK and will not be a qualifier for their National Championships circuit.

The Year of community JAMS!
Comps / Jams List
COMPETITION SPOTLIGHT
MARCH 29&30 - Independent Comp at Firestorm Galaxy in Moreno Valley Ca.
Why? Two Reasons!
1. This is the very last Parkour Competition that will ever be held at Firestorm Galaxy, one of the largest Parkour Gyms in the country, before it closes at the end of May 2025.
2. Because this is an independent comp, we can get weird and try out new and different ways to run the main 3 events.
Speed - Now has 6 speed courses. You get 45 minutes to warm up on the courses before your timed run.
Skills - 30 unique Challenges, each worth one point. For Adult day, you don't need to wait in a line for a judge to watch you. Any other two competitors can sign off your skill when they watch you complete it.
Freestyle - It's an actual Jam. Have fun. Create lines. Try big skills. A series of Coaches will walk around handing out special awards for awesome lines and big skills.
